(Ohh) YEAH!!

Let's have some fun, shall we?

I just love when I find out great things like this by accident! From Portland, Oregon (USA), Kelly Meador & Daniel Elwing have been creating seriously good stuff at Impactist.

Check more cool videos on vimeo, have a look at their blog for more delight... and don't forget to be happy!

The Innovation of Loneliness

We all know that social networks reshaped the way people relate to each other.

Did we got closer? Are we more distant than before? Or is it just a different way to connect with someone with positive and negative aspects? What values changed in our society?

This is Shimi Cohen's reflection about this subject. Think about it.

It's been a while...

I was speechless when I saw this animated short. Loved the original concept.

For sweet and sensitive people.

The Pixel Painter

An inspiring true story of a 97-year-old Grandpa and his pixel paintings. My heart has melted.

"Hal Lasko, better known as Grandpa, worked as a graphic artist back when everything was done by hand. His family introduced him to the computer and Microsoft Paint long after he retired.
Now, Grandpa spends ten hours a day moving pixels around his computer paintings. His work is a blend of pointillism and 8-Bit art."

Never Stop Dreaming

Yesterday, this teaser came immediately to my mind after reading an old poem from my childhood. Hopefully is not just a teaser and we'll be able to see it in our movies, soooon.

For all the children out there enjoying their summer adventures!!! This is "My Family and the Wolf" by
Christine Ponzevera/ Nectarious films.

"MY FAMILY AND THE WOLF" teaser from Headless Productions on Vimeo.

"My family and the wolf" aims to be a love letter to childhood summers, attempting to evoke the recollections of certain lights and smells in an almost Proustian way, but above all that, to help claim our memories as our most valuable treasure. This amazing feature project is developed by Nectarious films / Christine Ponzevera, directed by Headless.

Anatomy of a Computer Virus... Ouch

Do you know Stuxnet?

Well, it's a computer virus. This work has already two years. I don't know were my head was but I can't remember anything about this.

Who owns the power now?
